Silverlight STUDIO started as a dream of us: photojournalist Oscar Leiva and video producer and editor Guillermo Berrios. we began our journey working at a local Salvadoran newspaper called la prensa gráfica where our profesional carriers started back in 2003.
By 2011 we became independent and became specialized creating documentary photography and videography with international humanitarian agencies such as catholic relief services, lutheran world relief, Oxfam, unicef, undp, un women, who /paho, Usaid, educo, and others that needed imagery that portrayed and focused with respect and dignity their project participants stories of success, their community spirit, their hopes, resilience and the efforts of the worlds most vulnerable in their road to sustainable development.
after having worked in 16 countries around the globe we offer an experienced vision to those seeking for images with soul, story telling with heart and compromise. after 20 years we continue creating stories that inspire.
